Placing an Order
To make purchases on therow.com you do not need to create an account; however, as a registered user you will have access to account services dedicated to our customers.

Product Information
On each product page you will see all available sizes and colors, a description and the material composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see more details.

We offer product-specific size guides on all product pages to help you determine the best size to purchase.


    Preorder
    Preorder enables you to purchase an item before it is available for immediate shipment. Each preorder item will be marked as such on the site, and the estimated shipping date will be displayed above the product description. The preorder status of an item will be reiterated at the point of Checkout.

    Pickup In-Store
    For select items, you may place your order online and collect it at your nearest flagship store.

    If an item is eligible for in-store pickup, this option will appear on the product page with a list of stores where the item is available.

    Mixed orders containing both delivery and pickup items cannot be processed together. To purchase items with different fulfillment methods, please place separate orders.

    Pickup orders follow the same checkout process as delivery orders. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready, typically within 1–2 business days.

    Please collect your order within 14 business days of receiving your notification email. Orders not collected within this period will be cancelled.

    When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. If someone collects the order on your behalf, they will also be required to provide these documents.

    Pickup-only items cannot be shipped. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us for assistance.

    You may return your order within 14 days to the store where you collected it. If you are unable to visit the store in person, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days to request a return label. Returns must be shipped from the same country as your pickup location.

    Payment Methods
    Therow.com accepts the following payment methods:

    Credit Card: All major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. Your card will be debited when the order is placed.

    PayPay: Simplify your checkout process using PayPal's digital wallet.

    Apple Pay: Use Apple Pay to easily and securely check out in iOS apps and on the web.

    ShopPay: Shopify's accelerated checkout method allows you to pay in full or split your purchase into regular payments.

    Tax Information
    Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. We collect sales taxes in all applicable states.

    For this reason, an estimation of the tax charge may be added to your order total during the checkout process. Exact charges will be calculated automatically after your order is shipped, depending on the Zip Code of your shipping address. The final amount will be equal to or less than the estimated Sales Tax shown to you at checkout. The final Sales Tax applied to your order will be indicated in the Shipping Confirmation email.

    Payment Security
    We take the issue of online security very seriously. It is your information, and we want to make sure it stays that way. We have put in place reasonable technical and information safety safeguards that comply with federal law in order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use. We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser's address bar.

    Your order may be reviewed in routine anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction, and for greater protection our Customer Care team may contact you for further details before confirming your order.

    Order Status
    You will be notified via email whenever your order status changes. Registered users can also find all information related to their orders in the My Account area. If you have additional questions regarding your order status, please contact Customer Care.
