The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times as stated above, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.

Orders placed on therow.com will be shipped from one of our two warehouses, depending on availability. For this reason, orders that include multiple items may be sent in multiple shipments.

Our warehouses are located in the United States and Italy. Your order is shipped from the nearest location for timely delivery, and in order to provide the best service.

Please note that for international shipments DHL and FedEx may require additional information, such as your social security number or fiscal number, for customs clearance. This is based on the total order value and is beyond our control. You may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, without the requested information, the carrier will be unable to deliver your order and it will be returned to our warehouse.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. For registered customers, visit the My Orders page to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

We offer flat rate shipping fees at checkout, and there will be no extra costs upon delivery (all orders placed on therow.com ship delivered-duty-paid). Shipments will be sent using either FedEx or DHL Express.

Our shipping services will be suspended due to warehouse closures on certain U.S. and Italian holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders placed on these days will not be processed until the following business day.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipment.

Alaska and Hawaii: Please note that the domestic shipping and delivery times described above are applicable to the continental U.S. only. Please anticipate an additional 2-5 business days for your order to arrive due to carrier restrictions in your region.

International Orders
All orders shipped internationally will include a flat rate shipping fee, and may incur customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. For international orders shipped to the U.S., UK, or countries within the EU that incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, The Row will assume responsibility for these additional costs. For international orders shipped to countries other than those stated above, customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout.

International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery. For this reason, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel without the additional details requested, and if you do not provide this information your parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

    Shipping Restrictions
    At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to addresses in these areas will be canceled.

    Pickup In-Store
    For select items, you may place your order online and collect it at your nearest flagship store.

    If an item is eligible for in-store pickup, this option will appear on the product page with a list of stores where the item is available.

    Mixed orders containing both delivery and pickup items cannot be processed together. To purchase items with different fulfillment methods, please place separate orders.

    Pickup orders follow the same checkout process as delivery orders. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready, typically within 1–2 business days.

    Please collect your order within 14 business days of receiving your notification email. Orders not collected within this period will be cancelled.

    When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. If someone collects the order on your behalf, they will also be required to provide these documents.

    Pickup-only items cannot be shipped. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us for assistance.

    You may return your order within 14 days to the store where you collected it. If you are unable to visit the store in person, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days to request a return label. Returns must be shipped from the same country as your pickup location.
