De-Identified Data cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We will maintain and use De-Identified Data only in de-identified, anonymous, or aggregate form and will not attempt to re-identify such data, except as permitted by applicable law.
8. DISCLOSURE FOR LEGAL PURPOSES
You hereby authorize us to disclose any of your Personal Information pursuant to judicial and administrative proceedings and to law enforcement or government agencies if we are legally required to do so. 9. CHILDREN
