Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day and will require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All shipments within the domestic US are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Row cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase has been shipped, which will include the tracking number of your shipment. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to onlinesales@therow.com.
Ground Delivery
All ground orders should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CT).
2nd Day Delivery
Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PST). Please note 2 day orders placed after 12:00 noon (PST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Overnight Delivery
Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (PST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
TheRow.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
